I have held supervision and mentoring roles supporting people with psychosocial disability to build confidence, participation, and pathways into community and work.
Since 2018, I have been the owner of Lisa Bow Art Therapy where I facilitate creative, reflective, and recovery‑oriented sessions & online groups for adults and young people navigating trauma, mental health challenges and complex life transitions. I have worked with numerous participants of the National Disability & Insurance Scheme since 2020 and supported their creative and personal goals offering online and in person sessions as Art Therapist and Creative arts support worker.
My work is led by:
Trauma‑informed and counselling‑informed practice
